I've been wanting to start drinking some vitamins for a long time, and after passing tests and consulting with a doctor, I bought vitamin D3 from California Gold Nutrition.
Why did I decide to add vitamin D3 to my diet? It plays an important role in regulating the absorption of calcium and phosphorus, which contributes to the maintenance of strong and healthy bones and teeth.
This vitamin is also considered important for maintaining the normal functioning of the immune system. I feel more cheerful and more protected from infections and diseases.
This supplement is easy to swallow and convenient to take, just 1 capsule a day. Which makes it easy to incorporate in your daily routine. I was also pleased with the price. I can't find these vitamins in pharmacies in my city cheaper than on iHerb!
Overall, I am very happy with the course of vitamin D3 from California Gold Nutrition. I advise you to take it every year in winter and autumn, when our body lacks sunlight.
