The idea behind this sleeping headrest is very good and useful, when traveling. The assembly instructions are not precise enough, because they were related to a model slightly different. In all the cases, after several trying’s I have achieved to set it up. It, now, works fine but I have had a bad impression with the rigidity of both lateral arms, due to the fact that they are manufactured with a relatively soft plastic, which not give an impression that will last long. They move laterally and deforms when the head rests. In all the cases, the solution is use it to learn how much time they will last. I have received just what I have asked for (and let it clear on Purchase Order : - black “leather” with black lines. Only the claimed brand was NOT present, what is a pity because gave an bad impression from a non quality product.
