The printer is great, larger format, prints flawlessly. The manufacturer's instructions state that it does not work well with ANYCUBIC Resin, this is true, but only partially. Depending on the color of the resin, it works without problems, or a precipitate is made and glued to the FEP film and raised by a vacuum which is the problem - cracking, gluing, cleaning. In my experience resin skin color does not have these problems, gray is problematic. The original manufacturer's (Yidimu) resin has no problems and is excellent.
The shipment was sent from China, because they do not have the option of sending it from a warehouse in the EU, so of course customs and taxes should be counted as an expense. The printer arrives within a week. Given the large surface area of the printed piece, I recommend buying a large curing box, as any smaller ones you’ve had won’t be enough. The printer comes with three spare FEP films.
The printer does great pieces, the printed details are phenomenal, when I can confirm compared to the Ender 5+ model and the Anet ET5 Pro. Ok, it’s a different print technology, but the truth is in the details.
I guess the customer service is always online, because they respond to messages quickly, almost instantly.
In the end, the conclusion is that I recommend the printer.
The printer also has a younger, bigger and "stronger" brother, which I hope to try soon - the YIDIMU SLA / LCD / DLP 13.3 "Large 4K 3D Printer. The link is below.
